CONSULTATION
Hit me with the details! After you inquire, we talk about your space or event, what you’re inspired by, and what (if any!) ideas you already have. We typically meet for a site visit so we can walk through your vision IRL, and then I prepare a proposal that lays out all of the pieces on your custom floral menu.
DESIGN
Imagination’s at the core of every installation. Rather than scrolling Pinterest to see what’s already been done, I guide us through an original creative process to craft one-of-a-kind floral art completely customized to you. Colors, seasons, shapes, types of florals… we’ll channel all of that inspiration!
INSTALLATION
Flower drama is the last kind of drama you need on event day. Installations require thorough planning and precision, so we’ll never be winging it as we’re working together. My team and I arrive well-prepped (and with a few backup plans in our apron pockets, if needed). You’re in good hands every step of the way!

Fresh and silk flowers are each vibrant in their own way, and I’ll help you make a decision that works best for your space, budget, and overall vision. Fresh flowers offer natural beauty, a touch of luxury, and that “omg, this is REAL?!” factor, and typically last for a few days. Silk flowers, on the other hand, provide lasting beauty and can be a great option for installations with more longevity. Working with dried botanicals is also possible in some cases, depending on the size and environment of the installation. Whichever we choose, I’ll create a stunning, photo-worthy installation that turns heads (literally—just wait and watch!).

Absolutely! You don’t have to be a floral aficionado—that’s where my expertise comes in. We’ll talk about the overall vibe you want to create and the types of floral pieces you’d like to include, and I’ll guide you through design options and how to allocate your budget for the most impact.

It completely depends on the scope of our work together, as well as access to your venue! If any building or rigging is involved, often that takes place on Day 1 and the floral work happens on Day 2. Otherwise, installations typically take a few hours up to a day. Throughout our consultation process, we’ll get clear on the logistics together, and I prepare a team of trusted assistants as needed to execute the installation and the take down.

Thanks for asking! New England is my home base. I work within a 100 mile radius of Greater Boston, so all of Massachusetts and Rhode Island are fair game, as well as parts of Connecticut and the southern areas of Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine.

I know you want as many people as possible to see and enjoy your floral installation! I’m always happy to connect you with local photographers to capture the moment, and I can give you lots of tips on creating signage that encourages people to stop, snap their own photos, and tag you.

Just like bouquets are hand-crafted, large-scale installations are too—except they’re a couple of (or a lot of) feet taller! Designing, rigging, and arranging thousands of blooms is definitely an investment—typically starting around $3,000—but I’m a pro at guiding you through design decisions to make the most impact for your budget.
